The Pathways Personal Coaching Programmes are designed to fit into an initial twelve weekly sessions of around 45 minutes each. Why twelve weeks? Well, first of all its worth saying that this is not a figure thats set in stone. But twelve weeks gives you the space to really cement your personal achievements into place. It gives you the time to explore, to gain valuable self awareness and to figure out your best ways forward illuminated by what youve learned about yourself.
It is possible that you feel youve got where you want to be sooner, which is fine or you may wish to continue your coaching beyond the twelve week period, even on a long-term basis. Its also possible that after a while you find the coaching process works better for you at fortnightly or even monthly intervals.

With that in mind, The Pathways Personal Coaching Programmes are designed with flexibility to the fore. Their goal is to broadly describe three routes that the coaching process can follow, allowing you the clarity and control to gain the maximum benefit.
